Our teams have been delivering full scale turn-key refurbishment and fit-out services to the public and private sector for over 35 years, in excess of 90% of those projects have been completed within live occupied environments and delivered under a Principal Contractor model.
Furthermore, i4 Projects can provide full property renovation services such as the examples provided here which comprise before and after images of a CAT A office refurbishment following extensive fire damage, delivered over a period of 18 weeks for a commercial property owner.
A high proportion of projects delivered by our team have been procured under a Design and Build arrangement, either as a one-off project such as the scheme above or under a collaborative Framework Contract or similar partnered approach where multiple schemes may be commissioned for concurrent delivery.
