CLOSE TABS
This local Southampton school had a requirement to upgrade their boys and girls WC facilities on the 03rd floor of the main building, which had degraded and were showing considerable signs of heavy wear and tear and need for replacement and existing artificial light proved to be inadequate for the facility, owing to aging fluorescent lighting installations.
Under an existing Framework Contract with Mitie FM, i4 Projects were engaged to undertake a full strip out and refurbishment to both areas.
The completed refurbishment provided a clean, functional and much improved facility for the school and was completed on programme to coincide with school holiday closures.
